Testimonials
This book is an absolute game-changer for teens struggling with social anxiety and confidence. I’m a 44-year-old mother of an 11-year-old girl who will need this book and I am happy to give it to her. It gives you useful tools to feel more comfortable in social settings and make genuine friendships. The strategies for managing social anxiety are effective, and the techniques for decreasing pre-presentation anxiety are fantastic. I especially appreciated the advice on conquering the fear of rejection and staying true to oneself amidst peer pressure. The section on improving understanding of people and becoming more empathetic was particularly insightful. This book captures the challenges faced by teens today, making it a must-read for any teenager looking to enhance their social skills and confidence. Highly recommended!

Technically, this is a book geared towards teens navigating social skills and maybe struggling with a little bit of social anxiety. But, I didn't have this book growing up, and I've always had to work extra hard at it. I've always wondered why other people could be social so easily, when I would stumble and fail every time. I didn't know what to do about it or how to get better at it. Over the years, my social anxiety and shyness has gone away a little bit, and at 35, I finally got a big grown up job...but with that comes with MEETINGS, and near constant social interaction. This book will help me immensely. The author's writing is amazing at how in depth they go into every topic. I really enjoyed this whole book, and it's exciting to want to practice this advice at my job. It was a real nice read and I'm gonna read it again and again until these tips really sink in!

Having a kiddo struggling is difficult, even more so when it’s not a physical ailment. I find this book and together my daughter and I have worked through it. The information is just what we needed. It was written well and easy to follow. I highly recommend.

This is a really good book for teens learning to overcome their social anxiety, whether it is awkwardness or social communication. I particularly liked the section on being introverted. As an extrovert, I sometimes have difficulty in understanding introverts. This book explains that introversion is not necessarily shyness - which is a fear of social judgment. I didn't really know the difference until now. Overall, this is a good book that I think you will find useful!

This book offers practical and approachable ways for teens to improve their social skills and navigate relationships with ease. From managing social anxiety to building meaningful connections. I found it engaging to read, as it presents practical advice in a relatable and easy-to apply way for real life situations.
